A cleaning task the software created by itself from a checkout: checkout clean, entire home, Ultra-modern 3BR in Maadi Degla, Thursday 13 August at 11:00. An owner statement for July for Hala Rashad, 3 properties: gross 12,480 dollars, cleaning 640 dollars, commission at 18 percent 2,246 dollars, owner payment 9,594 dollars. Integrations

One connection. Every channel.

Manage24 speaks to your whole stack through Beds24.

Why we exist

Your channels are handled. Your morning is the other job.

Setup is not the day job.

Rates, restrictions and channel rules get configured once and then rarely touched. What you do every morning — who arrives, who has paid, who is cleaning — is a different job, and it wants a different screen.

Not everyone needs everything.

A cleaner needs today’s list. A landlord needs their own numbers. Giving all three the same full control panel is how an agency ends up depending on the one person who knows where things live.

And some of it is not built anywhere.

Owner statements with commission splits, payouts, cleaning that schedules itself from each checkout, one inbox for every channel — the work of managing on behalf of other people sits outside what a PMS is for.

So we built the front office. Beds24 keeps doing what it does underneath — channels, rates, availability and the connections that keep them in sync — and Manage24 is where the day actually happens.

The tour

A day, end to end.

Five screens, in the order you actually use them.

  1. See the whole day before it starts.

Arrivals, departures, in-house, unread messages, today’s cleans — plus flags for the things that bite: unpaid arrivals, failed syncs, expiring tokens.

The Manage24 dashboard: today’s arrivals, departures, in-house guests and occupancy, with attention flags for unpaid arrivals and failed syncs.
  2. One grid. Every property.

Create a booking, block a date range, move a stay — straight on the calendar. Every channel sees it immediately.

  3. Every guest, one inbox.

Airbnb, Booking and the rest in one thread list, each conversation tied to its booking. Saved replies with variables. Attach the door-code PDF.

  4. Price it yourself. Or let it price itself.

Set rates and minimum stays by dragging across dates, or connect PriceLabs and let dynamic pricing run. Either way it reaches every channel without you opening another tab.

  5. Owner statements that build themselves.

Set your management fee once. Every booking splits into gross, cleaning, commission and owner payout. Print it — or give the owner a login.

Proof

Change it once. It lands everywhere.

Rates, availability, closures and bookings leave for every connected channel the moment you save — Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia and the rest. Here is a listing edit going live. One minute, one take, no cuts.

Owner portal

Owners get answers. You get your evenings back.

Each owner signs in to a read-only view of their own properties — bookings, revenue, payout. Your logo at the top, their language, their currency. The “how did we do this month?” call answers itself.

The owner view in Manage24: one owner’s properties with their bookings, revenue and payout for the month, under the management company’s own logo.
العربيةEnglish

One workspace. Everyone reads it in their own language.

Your ops team, your cleaners and your owners rarely share a first language. Manage24 ships English and Arabic today — including genuine right-to-left, which is the hard one to get right. More languages follow the same standard.

The whole interface switching from English to Arabic, with the layout flipping to right-to-left as it goes.
Manage24 AI · Early access

Your night shift, automated.

Manage24 AI watches every booking, message and rate change while you sleep, and hands you a morning brief with the replies already written. Rolling out to early-access workspaces now.

An illustration of an overnight digest. 23:41, new booking: Villa Marina, 12 to 15 August, Airbnb. 01:07, reply drafted: is early check-in possible. 02:19, rate anomaly: Friday 22 August is 18 percent under the street. 03:52, review answered: Nile Loft, draft ready in Arabic. 05:30, cancellation: Studio 4B, 3 nights freed. 06:58, digest ready: 6 events, 4 drafts, 1 flag. Sample product output, not customer data.

  • 24/7 guest replies

Every message answered in seconds, in your tone and the guest’s language. You approve or edit before it sends.

  • Morning brief

Everything that moved overnight, in five lines instead of fifty rows.

  • Ask your data

“Which owner earned the most in March?” Answered from your own numbers, not a dashboard you have to build.

  • Review replies

A reply drafted for every new review, in the language it was written in.

  • Revenue signals

A weekend priced under the street, a gap that will not fill, a rate your competitors just dropped — flagged before it costs you.

  • Smart triage

Urgent separated from routine, so a forty-message morning arrives already sorted.

Early access only. No newsletter, and your address goes nowhere else.

Ownership

Yours. Not ours.

Your channels stay in your name.

The connections to Airbnb, Booking.com and the rest live in an account you own, not behind our login. If you ever walk away, your listings keep selling.

Everything exports.

Bookings, messages, guests, owners, statements — the whole workspace, to a file you keep. No support ticket, no exit fee.

Your brand, not ours.

Your name, logo and colours across the app. Your owners sign in to your company — most of them will never hear ours.

Pricing

One price. Not per property, not per channel, not per seat.

Monthly

$39/ month

One flat number, whatever you grow into.

  • Not per property. Not per channel. Not per seat.
  • Two apartments or two hundred — the same $39.
  • Every feature and update included, plus support from a human.
  • Cancel any month, and take all your data with you.
Try it yourself

One line on the bill that isn’t ours.

Your listings reach Airbnb, Booking.com and the rest through Beds24 — our infrastructure partner, and the connection layer Manage24 is built on. You pay them directly, in your own name, from a few dollars a month. That is the point: the channel connections belong to you, not to us.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

How does Manage24 sit with Beds24?

On top of it, not instead of it. Beds24 stays the system of record — your properties, rates, availability, bookings and every channel connection — and Manage24 is the front office for the daily work: owner statements and payouts, read-only owner logins, a guest CRM, cleaning that schedules itself off each checkout, one inbox for every channel, and reporting you do not have to build. Everything reads and writes through the official Beds24 API, both ways, so nothing is migrated, nothing is duplicated, and your Beds24 control panel stays exactly where it was. New features ship most weeks.

What is Beds24, and do I need one?

It is the connection layer between your listings and the channels — the piece that talks to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and 200+ others. Manage24 is built on it, you own the account, and it costs from a few dollars a month. If you already run Beds24 you are minutes from seeing your real data. If not, we will set it up with you.

Which channels are supported?

Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda, Google and 200+ more — everything your account is connected to. Manage24 does not limit the list, and it does not charge you per channel.

How long does setup take?

Paste one API token and the sync starts. Properties, bookings, guests and past stays arrive on their own. Set your management fee once and owner statements begin calculating themselves.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take it. A full workspace backup — bookings, messages, guests, owners, statements — downloads as a file you keep. And because the channel connections sit in an account you own, your listings never stop selling.

Can my team and my owners both use it?

Yes. Staff get roles and permissions; owners get a read-only login showing only their own properties, revenue and payouts — under your brand, in their language and currency.

Changelog

Better every week. Sometimes every day.

Manage24 ships constantly. The latest:

View all
  1. Subscriptions, and a chat that reaches a human

Pay by card and your workspace unlocks itself — no waiting on us. A seven-day free trial starts the moment you connect your own channel account, and your plan, renewal date and invoices all live in Settings. There is also a chat button now: what you type lands on the founder’s phone, and the reply comes back in the app.

  2. Telegram notifications

Arrivals, cancellations and failed syncs can go to a Telegram chat, set per person and per event. Quiet hours hold everything except a broken channel connection.

  3. Saved replies with variables

Templates in the inbox composer fill in the guest name, property and dates as you pick one. Arabic and English threads, the same list.

  4. Owner payouts, marked in two clicks

Mark a statement received, then paid, without leaving the owner’s month. The outstanding column updates as you go.

  5. Workspace backup and restore

Every booking, message, task, owner and statement exports to one file — and imports back, which is the only honest test that an export is real.
