What shipped, and what hasn’t

Every release with the date it went out, then an honest list of what is still being built. We would rather you read it here than find out halfway through a demo.

Shipped

Manage24 ships constantly. The latest:

  1. Subscriptions, and a chat that reaches a human

  2. Telegram notifications

  3. Saved replies with variables

  4. Owner payouts, marked in two clicks

  5. Workspace backup and restore

  1. Check-in and check-out, marked by a person

Tick a guest Arrived or Left from the dashboard row or the booking itself. In-house stops being a guess made from dates, and two states that were invisible before — not arrived yet, still here — now ask to be chased.

  2. The same guest’s fourth stay stops looking like a stranger

A profile per guest: past stays, what they spent, your notes, and a VIP or do-not-rebook flag that shows before anyone confirms a booking. Matching is by email or phone and never by name.

  3. What moved overnight, on one page

One row per booking rather than one per event: the net change since you last looked, with the individual hops behind a disclosure. Beside it, the ones that still need a person — a cancelled stay with a cleaner still booked, or with money already taken.

  4. The app finally reaches out

In-app bell, phone push, email and Telegram, set per person and per kind of event. Quiet hours hold a push until morning — except a broken channel connection, which wakes you anyway.

  5. Who changed the price, and when

Every write with the person and the time on it, filterable by area. A page you read backwards, on the day something is disputed.

  6. Who still owes you money

Record what a guest paid — cash, Instapay, bank transfer, channel payout — and read the outstanding list per currency, oldest debt first. A correction is a refund row, never a deleted one.

  7. The booking that came in over WhatsApp

Create, modify and cancel bookings from the calendar or the bookings list, and write a labelled block that says why the dates are closed. All of it goes back out to the channels.

  8. Your whole workspace, exported and importable again

One file with every booking, message, task, owner and statement in it — and it imports back, which is the only honest test that an export is real.

  9. Replies you write once

Saved templates in the inbox composer, with the guest name, property and dates filled in as you pick one. Arabic and English threads, in the same place.

  10. A login for the cleaner that shows only the cleaning

The cleaner role sees the tasks assigned to them and nothing else: no rates, no guest contacts, no other properties. Invitations can go out as a plain link when someone has no email address.

  11. Airbnb and Booking.com reviews, side by side

Aggregated with stars, category ratings and filters, and a reply that deep-links to that exact review on the channel — neither channel exposes an API to answer through.

  12. Owner statements that do their own math

A ledger per owner derived from real bookings, monthly profit and loss, payout tracking, multiple currencies and a printable statement. Owners get a read-only login limited to their own units.

What’s next

Two lists, kept apart on purpose: what is being written right now, and what is decided but not started. Neither one is on sale yet.

In progress

  1. Drafted guest replies, in both languages

The app writes the answer from your own house rules and the replies you have sent before. A person still presses send.

  2. Guest messages that send themselves

Booking confirmed, the day before arrival, checkout morning, the review request. Written by you, scheduled once, and pausable for a single guest when the situation is delicate.

  3. Rate suggestions with a reason attached

Occupancy, season, day of week and how far ahead people are booking, turned into a suggested rate you accept or ignore. Nothing is ever applied behind your back.

  4. A morning briefing you can ask questions

Arrivals, departures, who still owes, what needs a reply — one short read, then ask it follow-ups in Arabic or English.

Planned

  1. A direct booking site of your own

Your units on your own domain with live availability and no channel commission, taking Paymob for Egyptian cards and Stripe for everyone else.

  2. WhatsApp in the same inbox

Guests write where they already are, and the thread sits beside the Airbnb and Booking.com ones instead of on somebody’s personal phone.

  3. A passport link per reservation

One personal link per stay for the ID upload, with expiry and age checked as it arrives — so nobody is chasing documents in a group chat the night before.

  4. Statements that email themselves

The monthly owner statement as a PDF in the owner’s inbox on the first of the month, without anyone exporting anything.

  5. A phone screen built for cleaners

Today’s turnovers, a checklist per property, and a photo at the end — so “it’s done” arrives with evidence attached.

  6. No-shows reported to Booking.com in time

Booking.com only accepts a no-show report for two days after check-in. Miss the window and you pay commission on a guest who never came, so the app will watch the clock for you.

None of the AI is live yet, and we will not pretend it is. Every AI item on this page is early access: it ships when it ships, and founding partners get it at no extra cost.
