How Manage24 handles your data
Manage24 runs your rental operations on top of your own Beds24 account. This page says what we keep, which services process it for us, and how long it stays.

What we keep
Your account (name, email, password hash), your workspace and team, and what we copy from your Beds24 account to run the app: properties, rooms, calendars, bookings, guest contact details and messages, payments, reviews and listing text. We also keep what you add in Manage24: tasks, notes, owner statements, templates, uploads, and a record of who changed what.
What we use it for
Only to run Manage24 for your business: showing and changing your data, sending the notifications you ask for, billing, and answering your support messages. We do not sell data, show ads, or share your guests' details with anyone except the services below.
The assistant
When you use the assistant, your message and the parts of your workspace it reads to answer (for example a booking, a guest's name, a conversation) are sent to the model provider listed below. Sheets you attach are read in your browser first, and columns that look like passwords or card details are removed before upload. Guest attachments are not sent. Nothing reaches a channel or a guest until you approve it. Conversations are kept for 90 days, then deleted.

How long we keep it
Workspace data stays while the workspace exists and is deleted with it. Assistant conversations are deleted after 90 days, uploaded sheets after 7 days. Your billing records stay with our payment provider as the law requires. You can export your workspace from Settings at any time.
Your choices
A workspace owner can export or delete the workspace from Settings. To correct, export or delete personal data, or to ask anything about this page, write to us.
